Confirmation of license conditions and acquisition of license
For academic journal articles, please check in advance whether the copyright holder (in the case of academic journals, the publisher is generally the copyright holder) permits publication in the institutional repository.
The conditions for publication vary from publisher to publisher, but in many cases, the publisher will allow publication only if it is the author's final manuscript (the accepted manuscript), or if a certain period of time (embargo period) has passed since the journal was published.
In addition, if there are co-authors, please obtain their approval for publication.
